All balances, deposits, withdrawals, orders, contracts, and settlements exist only inside the roleplay environment.
An event contract is a simple market based on a yes-or-no outcome. Each contract settles to either $1.00 if the selected outcome is correct, or $0.00 if the selected outcome is incorrect.
For example, a market may ask: “Will Team A beat Team B?” A trader may buy YES if they believe Team A will win, or buy NO if they believe Team A will not win.
Market prices are shown as percentages, but they function like cents on a one-dollar contract. A price of 60% means the contract costs approximately $0.60 before fees.

LS Sports Insights charges a flat transaction fee on each contract purchased.

If a trader buys 10 contracts at $0.60 each, the base cost is $6.00. The fee is 10 × $0.03, which equals $0.30. The total order cost is $6.30.
Markets are settled after the relevant event concludes and the outcome can be reasonably determined. Settlement outcomes are determined by LS Sports Insights administrators.
Some events may end in a draw, cancellation, postponement, no-contest, or other unusual result. If the listed market does not clearly account for that result, LS Sports Insights may refund or void affected orders.
For example, if a soccer market asks whether one team will beat another, and the match ends in a draw, the market may be treated as voided unless the specific market title or posted rules say otherwise.
Markets may lock before the scheduled start of an event. Once locked, users may no longer place new orders on that market.
Deposits and withdrawals are tied to the selected character account. Users must make sure they are logged into Fleeca with the appropriate character before attempting deposits.

LS Sports Insights will make reasonable efforts to resolve reviews promptly, but timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the situation.
Soccer markets that ask whether one team will beat another are based on a clear winning result. If the match ends in a draw, the market will be treated as voided / refunded.
In that situation, affected contracts will not settle as a win or loss. Instead, the original order cost will be returned to the trader.
UFC markets require a clear winner to be determined. If a fight ends in a no contest, cancellation, technical issue, overturned result, or any other outcome where no winner is officially determined, the market may be treated as voided / refunded.
When a UFC market is voided, affected contracts will be refunded rather than settled as a win or loss.
New characters may receive a $10,000 Sign-Up Bonus through promotional offers. This bonus is intended to be used within event markets on the platform.
Any funds received through a sign-up bonus must be risked in at least one event market before a withdrawal request will be approved.
Accounts attempting to withdraw bonus funds without participating in market activity may have their withdrawal request denied or refunded at the discretion of LS Sports Insights.
This policy ensures fair use of promotional funds and maintains the integrity of the platform.
Bonus funds that are not used within 72 Hours will expire and be removed from the user's account.
